I help people step out of survival mode, rebuild their confidence, and take back control of their body and mind.
For years, I lived in the “do more, push harder” mentality. I knew how to train hard, look the part, and show up physically. But, mentally and emotionally I was burning out.
During university, I struggled quietly with anxiety and chronic stress. Over time, it pulled me into a dark place. I found myself constantly overthinking, judging myself, and avoiding parts of my life. Instead of addressing what was happening internally, I leaned on alcohol and drugs to cope.
On the outside I was achieving, but inside I was stuck in fight-or-flight, disconnected, and exhausted. This went on for years until I finally reached a point where I realised I couldn’t continue living that way.
That’s when I decided I couldn’t do it alone and reached out for professional support.
Through therapy and coaching, I began to understand myself on a deeper level. Practices like meditation, breathwork, and nervous system regulation helped me reconnect, reset, and rebuild. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
Fast forward to now, that experience is what shapes the way I coach. Over the last few years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people through 1:1 coaching, group workshops, and transformational retreats.
My work has evolved far beyond “fitness”; I now use a 360° approach that integrates the mind, body, and nervous system to create lasting, life-changing transformation.
I coach driven people who are living in high stress, burnout and stuck in fight or flight.
They can’t switch off, their minds always racing.
Sleep suffers, energy dips, and health starts to take a hit. Even simple decisions can feel overwhelming, in business and at home.
They’re not happy in their body, often gaining weight or losing strength — and it slowly chips away at their confidence.
They feel reactive, anxious or numb. It shows up in their relationships as distance, frustration or disconnection from the people they care about most.
They’ve built success on the outside, but inside, they feel off.
Restless. Flat. Disconnected. Tired of chasing change but never really feeling it.
I help them reset their system, rebuild from the inside out, and create real, lasting results - mentally, physically and emotionally.

My qualifications include:
- Degree in Strength & Conditioning
- Level 3 Personal Training (7+ years coaching)
- Certified Meditation practitioner
- Certified in Breath science
- Mental Health First Aid
